Any fault of design and or material within 30 days of purchase will be replaced with a new piece using the same order details of original order, postage included.Please note photo and/or video evidence will be required.

To take care of your opal pendant, you should avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals or extreme temperatures. You can clean it gently with a soft cloth and store it separately to prevent scratching. Water and sunlight can also damage opals over time. Opals are delicate, so handle them with care!
